Refund policy

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for the wrong size being ordered — please check the size chart before ordering. We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Contact us at management@aliendesigns.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

EU/EEA and Norwegian customers: where the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) applies, you may cancel your purchase by notifying us at management@aliendesigns.shop within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, and return shipping is at your cost. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights for defective goods under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act or equivalent EU consumer law.
